Rollercoaster rides of emotions or: 'Ouch' is not red!

A new star in the sky of the massage universe has been born - the fusion of Kink and Lomi Massage - and I was there when a group of people eager to experiment experienced this first Kinky Lomi weekend workshop and co-created it with great joy of discovery, lots of courage and love.

Anja, Jana and Stefano created a trusting space in which so much was possible, in which loving, flowing touches from Lomi massage and strict interventions from the Kink realm were allowed to be there on an equal level.

In this workshop, both complete newcomers to both areas and very experienced ones could approach their rather dark desires or celebrate them full of joy. There was always this interplay between the flowing movements of the Lomi massage and the exciting feelings of being at the mercy of others, of dominance and pain.

Desires for power alternated with "do what you want with me". To suddenly fall, to be able to let yourself fall without being dropped, was certainly a moving experience. Moving, being moved, being touched. Being there without wanting or having to do anything. Touching in the spectrum between tender and hard. Pleasurable seductions, their fulfilment or refusal.

A room full of acoustic challenges - moans of pleasure, sounds of pain, laughter, liberating sobs, intensive breathing, cries of joy, the clapping of hands on bodies, pleasant grunts - all this could be heard simultaneously in the room, but there were also phases of profound silence.

This great melange of different emotions was made possible by Stefano's expert introductory bodywork, Anja's and Jana's precise guidance and the lively demonstrations. In conversations preceding the massage sessions, it was clarified in detail what was desired, what was hoped for and what should not happen under any circumstances.

This exchange created the framework for givers and receivers to act safely during the subsequent actions, be it lomi massage techniques or stimulating firm treatments.

In addition, the traffic light system was available to signal to the giver the sensitivities and limits of the receiver: green stood for pleasant sensations, orange for borderline and red for immediate termination of the action. With this 'tool', the receivers had the possibility to control what happened at any time. In this way, the participants could confidently explore, expand or even transgress their boundaries, whether on the dominant or the surrendering side.

Participants who had no previous experience with Kink were able to approach different aspects of surrender and dominance in a lovingly protected space, and BDSM-experienced participants were able to get to know Lomi massage elements and integrate them into their strict play as an additional variation. In the interspersed discussion rounds, the experiences could be shared and thus helpfully integrated for all participants.

All in all, it was an exciting workshop weekend in which prejudices or fear of contact with kink/BDSM could certainly be reduced and touch qualities of the kinksters were strengthened.
