General Terms and Conditions / Conditions of Participation

  1. Written registration (e-mail) for a seminar is binding.
  2. A place in a seminar can only be guaranteed once payment of the participation fee has been received in full or as the agreed first instalment. Until then, we reserve the seminar place for a maximum of 14 days.
  3. In the event of cancellation / withdrawal, regardless of the reason for cancellation, the following payments are due:
    a) more than 8 weeks before the start of the seminar, 20% of the seminar fee 8 - 4 weeks before the start of the seminar, 50% of the seminar fee less than 4 weeks before the start of the seminar, 100% of the seminar fee b) In the case of instalments still to be paid, the final payment shall be due in accordance with the regulation stated under 4a).
    c) Cancellation of the seminar must be notified in writing by e-mail.
  4. In the event of non-attendance and premature cancellation (also due to illness), all costs for the seminar (including accommodation and meals, if booked) will be due for payment.
  5. If a course has to be cancelled by the seminar leader, the seminar participant has no claim to re- imbursement of any costs incurred (loss of earnings, travel, accommodation costs, etc.). Course fees that have already been paid will of course be refunded in full.
  6. Claims for damages against the organiser and the lecturers are excluded. Liability for damages is limited to gross negligence and intent.
  7. The seminar participants undertake to take care of their own insurance cover (accident, liability, etc.) and to stay on the event premises at their own risk.
  8. In applications, demonstrations and exercises that seminar participants perform on other partici- pants and clients, seminar participants act at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their participation.
  9. Our seminars are not a substitute for medical and psychiatric treatment. Participation in our seminars is not possible if participants are currently contagiously ill and there- by endanger other participants.
  10. Health restrictions are to be communicated when registering for the seminar. This also includes limitations in emotional resilience and current relevant crisis situations in life.
  11. All of the aforementioned regulations also apply to supervision and individual treatments or mas- sages.


Our recommendation

You will find the location and, if applicable, directions in the confirmation of participation.

What do I do if I have to arrive or leave later?
If you cannot be present for the whole seminar, please contact us. For many seminars, the start and certain days are crucial. If a participant leaves a seminar early, he/she has no right to a refund.

What is included in the price?
The participation fee corresponds to the seminar fee including the statutory VAT. Accommodation and meals (if possible and booked) are to be paid separately.

What do I need to bring?
- 2 lunghi’s/large thin cloths
- comfortable clothes in which you can move well
- massage clothes that can also get oily
- organic massage oil

After receiving the seminar registration, we have a telephone conversation with each person to decide together whether and which seminar is suitable for you.

You need interest, a spirit of discovery, a pinch of humour and the desire to engage in a deep inner journey. This requires an open attitude, combined with the will and the ability to take responsibility for your needs and limits and to move mindfully in contact with others. In concrete terms, this means that we expect you to be friendly, consensus-oriented and respectful in your dealings with each other.

We do not tolerate discrimination in our courses, especially not on the basis of nationality, age, gender identity, sexual orientation etc. LGBTQIA+ welcome!

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to ask participants to leave the seminar. In this case, we will refund the seminar fees in full. Further claims are excluded.

Choice of partners during the individual exercises
We choose the exercises in such a way that all participants can experience and practise both sides, the giving of the massage and the role of the receiving person. In order to have different experiences with different people and bodies, the exercise partners are changed from time to time. We work with random partner constellations during the exercises and you should gen- erally be open to working with any person and any body. Exceptions for individual cases can be discussed at the time of registration.
